Dining together is a universal experience, no matter who or where you are. At The Blind Mule, we want our food to help provide that bit of common ground. We invite you to join us from Wednesdays through Saturdays for our rotating menu of farm-fresh meals, local favorites & weekly specials made with locally-sourced ingredients hand-picked by our experienced chef.


 


We are offering small plate service, so you can try any of our many dishes from around the globe.

One 12-14 pound All Natural Fresh Turkey

3 lb Stout & Coffee Braised Boneless Short Rib with Horsey Sauce

Hickory Smoked Bacon Wrapped 3 Lb Pork Loin with Orange Cranberry Glaze

2-3 Lb side of Dijon Herb Crusted Salmon

Duchess Potatoes

Grilled Asparagus

Roasted Honey Glazed Carrots

Farm-to-table is more than just a catchy marketing term. At the Blind Mule, it's a way of life. We believe that people shouldn't be too far removed from the production of their food and are proud to support our country's farmers. We source the majority of our ingredients from area and regional suppliers or directly from independent farms, so both we and you know the food we serve is fresh and farm-raised.
