The menu changes daily depending on the availability of the items on the menu. Allowing for the freshest local fare. 
We try to use as many local vendors and suppliers as possible and some have trouble keeping up with supply and demand. So changing the menu as needed allow us to offer a greater variety.
Some nights if you show up late we might have eliminated some of the best offerings, so be tuned into our facebook page to see what we might be offering that evening.
